Jaguar E-Type V12 Roadster
The 5.3 litre V12 engine delivers everything you’d expect, and the uprated vented front discs and power steering on this model make for a surprisingly refined and up to date drive. Ideal for our Isle of Wight route.
It’s a simply stunning car, with its aggressive slatted front grille, flared wheel arches and distinctive fish tail exhaust. The paintwork is a lustrous deep blue, the beige leather interior complements this perfectly, and the car is in fabulous condition.
Gear up for your ‘Austin Powers’ moment!
What other car is so evocative of a great British experience? Designed and built in Britain of course, the E Type was probably the pinnacle of Seventies car design. On its release in 1961, the Jaguar E Type was called ‘the most beautiful car in the world’ by none other than Enzo Ferrari himself. Just a month after the launch of the original E-Type open-top roadster in Geneva, Graham Hill entered the E-Type for its first race at Oulton Park – and won!
Our 1972 Series III is an awesome example of this beautiful car, and being a convertible will give you a real ’seat of your pants’ experience.
