Surely one of the best known Jags, The MK2 is synonymous with the London underworld. It soon gained a reputation as a very capable vehicle among criminals and law enforcement alike. Most famously as the car driven by the fictional TV detective ' INSPECTOR MORSE'.

The MK2 was built by Jaguar Cars in Coventry from 1959 - 1967, The 3.8 version had a total production run of 30,141 units.

The 3.8 is similar to the unit used in the iconic E-Type, but using 2 SUs carbs and therefore a reduction in power of 30Bhp down to 220Bhp.
